Sharon Paskoff walked many paths of grief searching for hope when hope was hard to find. The shifting quicksand of health diagnosis and her mother’s slow decline kept grief personal, painful and a daily battle for finding the light. Sharon attended the University of Georgia and earned a B.S. in psychology from Georgia State University. In 1978 she opened Intown Exercise Studio, where she enthusiastically taught exercise classes. Sharon has been a community volunteer at Our House, The Midtown Assistance Center, and founder with her son of The B. Snacks Foundation. She lives in Atlanta with her husband and Husky mix, Margo, and enjoys walking, reading, fishing and playing tennis as a part time resident of the low country of South Carolina. Sharon is the author of Easy Etiquette Sample Thank You Notes and Sympathy Cards.
